The Portland Small Business Hub is a free resource for local small business owners, supported by federal American Rescue Plan funds allocated by Portland City Council to help Portland businesses and communities recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic recession. The Hub is a collaboration between Prosper Portland and local service providers and offers culturally specific small business resource navigation.

The Small Business Stabilization Restore Grant Program supports Portland small businesses experiencing hardships resulting from the pandemic. The program can provide up to $25,000 in reimbursement for expenses related to damages and vandalism.

The Shop Small PDX website encourages Portland residents and visitors to be intentional about where you spend your money. It features a searchable directory of local small businesses, a listing of online marketplaces and events, and a blog about shopping small.
